✿ If you choose untracked shipping I will not replace or refund lost orders
*choosing stamped mail there is always a risk of it getting lost, once I drop it off at the post office it's really out of my control what happens
✿ If you give me the wrong address and don't contact me before I send it out if it gets sent back to me you will have to pay for shipping again
✿ if an item is damged upon arrival i will replace, but please have picture proof
✿ slow packing times, may take 2-4 weeks to send out - thank you for your patience
✿ if tracking number shows delivered, but you have not received the package there is nothing I can do- please reach out to your local post office

FAQ
1. Untracked vs tracked shipping?
Untracked
- cheaper option- can only be chosen if all items are flat
- will not replace or refund lost untracked orders
Tracked
- starts at ~$5 and international ~$16
- will replace if order shows being stuck in same place for over a month or the order shows untrackable or lost
- If your order shows as delivered, but you have not received the package there’s nothing I can do- please reach out to your local post office
I am not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at USPS
2. Will you make a packaging video of my order?
I don't take requests! I make videos when I have the time (˘ᵕ˘)
3. What do I do if my shipment is damaged upon arrival/missing an item?

4. When do orders get shipped out?
Between 2-4 weeks! I make all the sticker sheets at home/by order so it takes me sometime to cut them out. Lots of thought and care goes into every package, your patience is very much appreciated!
5. When will I get my order?
For US orders, you can expect to see them arrive 1-2 weeks after you receive a shipping notification. While international orders typically take 1-4 weeks without delay, but up to a month or more.
6. Do you ship to (insert country)?
If you're not able to check out it's most likely I'm not able to ship to your country (;_;)... I try my best to include what I can, but there are some countries US is not able to send to.
7. What about VAT?
I include shipping to UK/Europe, but you may have to pay duties/fees upon delivery.
8. What is kokisoup?
kokisoup is my everyday life account and that section of the shop are things from my personal collection that I am selling!
