✿ Once I ship your order out to you, it is out of my control. Unfortunately if your package gets stolen or lost it is your responsibility as a customer to file a claim with USPS. I cannot offer you a replacement or refund since these situations are out of my control, and as a one person business, I can’t afford to replace/refund these orders.
I also recommend showing up to the post office in person to see if anybody can resolve the issue.

2. Will you make a packaging video of my order?
I don't take requests! I make videos when I have the time (˘ᵕ˘)
3. What do I do if my shipment is damaged upon arrival/missing an item?

4. When do orders get shipped out?
Between 1-2 weeks! My homemade stickers takes me sometime to cut them out. Lots of thought and care goes into every package, your patience is very much appreciated!
5. When will I get my order?
For US orders, you can expect to see them arrive 1-2 weeks after you receive a shipping notification. While international orders typically take 1-4 weeks without delay, but up to a month or more.
6. Do you ship to (insert country)?
If you're not able to check out it's most likely I'm not able to ship to your country (;_;)... I try my best to include what I can, but there are some countries US is not able to send to.
Right now I am currently not sending tracked mail outside the US. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and that you may be limited to flat items only.
7. What about customs?
You may have to pay duties/fees upon delivery.
8. What is the sticker club?
the kokimori sticker club is a monthly subscription where I send you a sticker sheet and a bonus item every month on patreon
as well as behind the scenes content of kokimori! Whether it's a photo dump or blog about my personal life, sketchbook tours, discount codes, secret shop, ect! There are three different tiers! BUT if you don't want another subscription I do offer the sticker club on this website! The only difference is you don't get the digital content. If you order sticker club mail and items from my shop they will be sent at the same time which would be at the beginning of the next month.
